Preliminary results using partial wave analysis for $J/\\psi$ decays to $\\gamma \\pi^+ \\pi^-$, $\\gamma K^+K^-$, $\\phi \\pi^+\\pi^-$ and $\\phi K^+K^-$ are presented.
