We propose an active-set stochastic sequential quadratic programming (StoSQP) algorithm that utilizes a differentiable exact augmented Lagrangian as the merit function. The algorithm adaptively selects the penalty parameters of the augmented Lagrangian and performs a stochastic line search to decide the stepsize.
