Beyond the Poincar\\'e disk $\\mathbb{D}$, such surfaces include the hyperbolic punctured disk $\\mathbb{D}^\\ast$ and the hyperbolic annuli $\\mathbb{A}(R)$ of modulus $\\mu=2\\log R>0$.
