The $K^{+}N$ elastic scattering amplitude is constructed using chiral perturbation theory up to the next-to-leading order. Using the constructed amplitude, we calculate the wavefunction renormalization in the Thomas-Fermi approximation. We obtained a good description of the $K^{+}N$ elastic scattering amplitude.
