Within this extended framework, we impose beta-equilibrium between baryons and leptons, while determining the quark fractions from the constituent quark contents of baryons. The hadronic sector of octet baryons is described by a recently developed density, momentum and isospin dependent effective interaction based on the N3LO Skyrme pseudopotential, whereas quarks and leptons are treated as free particles.
