The frequency is chosen such that the lasers are tunable around resonance with the transition\n  (3s^{2}(^{1}S^e)\\rightarrow 3p^{2}(^{1}S^e)), which implies (\\omega_{f}=2.11) eV and (\\omega_{h}=4.22) eV.
