The latest theoretical developments implemented in the gamma-UPC Monte Carlo (MC) event generator, which can calculate arbitrary exclusive final state produced via $\\gamma\\gamma$ fusion in ultraperipheral collisions (UPCs) of protons and/or nuclei at the LHC, are presented.
