Specifically, we deduce the convergence rates for eigenpairs of the discrete Graph-Laplacian matrix to the eigensolutions of the Laplace-Beltrami operator that are well-defined on manifolds with boundary, including the homogeneous Neumann and Dirichlet boundary conditions.
