The bottom quark is considered massless. In this scheme, we find that at small transverse momentum (p_T) the ratio of the next-to-leading order to the leading-order cross section (K factor) is smaller than one. It increases with increasing p_T and approaches one at larger p_T at a value depending essentially on the choice of the renormalization scale.
