Liu","submitted_at":"2023-09-28T17:35:22Z","abstract_excerpt":"We give a deterministic $m^{1+o(1)}$ time algorithm that computes exact maximum flows and minimum-cost flows on directed graphs with $m$ edges and polynomially bounded integral demands, costs, and capacities.
