Existing deep-learning approaches typically rely on large precomputed datasets or libraries of optimized structures, which limits scalability to continuous and complex inverse-design tasks. We introduce a Dimension Expansion Network (DEN), a fully unsupervised, simulation-efficient framework for nanophotonic inverse design.
