We introduce orientifold KLRW (oKLRW) algebras associated with quivers with involution and establish their faithful polynomial representations and diagrammatic bases. We also define KLR iYangians using double reflective KLR diagrams and construct diagrammatic realizations of the iGKLO homomorphisms.
