Our analysis consists on constructing a model database covering the entire uncertainty box of the $\\delta$ Sct star HD174966, derived from the usual observables ($\\mathrm{T}_{\\mathrm{eff}}$, $\\log g$ and [Fe/H]), and constraining the models representative of the star.
