Graphene has emerged as a promising plasmonic material, which supports tunable SPR and shows significant flexibility over metals. In this letter, a hybrid photosensor based on the integration of periodic cross-shaped graphene arrays with an ultrathin light-absorbing semiconductor is proposed.
