These notes are mainly on Vlasov-Poisson in $(x,v) \\in \\mathbb T^d \\times \\mathbb R^d$ however a brief discussion of the important case of $(x,v) \\in \\mathbb R^d \\times \\mathbb R^d$ is included at the end.
