Besides the Born terms,including contact term, $s$-, $u$- and $K$ exchanged $t$-channels, vector meson $K^*$ exchanged $t-$channel is considered in our investigation, which is negligible at low energy and important at high energy. The important nucleon resonances predicted by the constituent quark model (CQM) are considered and the results are found well comparable with the experimental data.
