Here, we develop hybrid $\\mathbf{k}\\cdot \\mathbf{p}$ tight-binding models to describe electrons and holes in the relevant valleys of twisted TMD homobilayers with parallel (P) and anti-parallel (AP) orientations of the monolayer unit cells.
