Specifically, the proposed model may include scintillator blur, focal-spot blur, and noise correlations due to light spread in the scintillator. The proposed algorithm (GPL-BC) uses a Gaussian Penalized-Likelihood objective function which incorporates models of Blur and Correlated noise.
