Here we propose an electric-field controlled antiferromagnetic (AFM) tunnel junction with structure of piezoelectric substrate/Mn3Pt/SrTiO3/Pt operating by the magnetic phase transition (MPT) of antiferromagnet Mn3Pt through its magneto-volume effect.
