Reconstruction of these layers can aid in studying volume differences between patients with neurodegenerative diseases and normal aging subjects. In this work, we use convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to reconstruct surfaces representing meningeal layer boundaries from magnetic resonance (MR) images.
