Sobolev bounds for bi-linear analogs of generalized Radon transforms and the method of stationary phase play a key role. These results complement those of V. Harangi, T. Keleti, G. Kiss, P. Maga, P. Mattila and B. Stenner in (\\cite{HKKMMS10}).
