A single toolbox comprising various biclustering algorithms play a vital role to extract meaningful patterns from the data for detecting diseases, biomarkers, gene-drug association, etc. BIDEAL consists of seventeen biclustering algorithms, three biclusters visualization techniques, and six validation indices.
