The model well accounts for experimentally observed two fluctuations: the $d$-$d$ interaction-enhanced antiferromagnetic (AFM) fluctuation and the $d$-$p$ interaction-enhanced ferro-orbital (FO) fluctuation responsible for the $C_{66}$ elastic softening.
