By employing a driven-dissipative Gross-Pitaevskii equation coupled with a rate equation for the excitonic reservoir, we demonstrate that BICs provide a robust platform for stabilizing the condensate against radiative decay. Using a Lagrangian variational approach, we derive analytical expressions for the trajectory and velocity of these bright solitonic excitations.
