Starting from the positive-energy relativistic kinetic operator, we construct weakly relativistic lattice Hamiltonians whose leading correction requires the boundary-consistent discretized momentum moments $\\langle \\hat{P}^{2}\\rangle$ and $\\langle \\hat{P}^{4}\\rangle$.
