For instance, every non-arithmetic, closed hyperbolic $3$--manifold admits arbitrarily large collections of non-isometric finite covers which are strongly isospectral, length isospectral, and have isomorphic integral cohomology where the isomorphisms commute with restriction and co-restriction.
