The sensor configuration has been optimized by computer-aided design to achieve highest sensitivity and maximum working range for a given dimension. With the average sensitivity of 187kHz/kPa, the proposed pressure sensor is equipped with the ability to measure pressure loaded up to 1.5MPa under room temperature.
