In this paper, the authors introduce the space ${\\mathop\\mathrm{RBLO}}(\\mu)$ and prove that it is a subset of the known space ${\\mathop\\mathrm{RBMO}}(\\mu)$ in this context. Moreover, the authors establish several useful characterizations for the space ${\\mathop\\mathrm{RBLO}}(\\mu)$.
