This reconstruction theorem is compatible with symmetric monoidal structures, and with more general operadic structures such as $E_n$-monoidal structures. We also provide a suite of fundamental operations for constructing new stratifications from old ones: restriction, pullback, quotient, pushforward, and refinement.
