Spectra of the adjacency matrix and the normalized Laplacian matrix of $G$ are recently studied by Oliveira and Chung-Radcliffe. Let $A$ be the adjacency matrix of $G$, $\\bar A=\\E(A)$, and $\\Delta$ be the maximum expected degree of $G$.
