We demonstrate single-photon emission from two-dimensional ordered arrays of GaN nanowires containing InGaN nano-disks. The structures were fabricated by molecular beam epitaxy on (0001) GaN-on-sapphire templates patterned with nanohole masks prepared by colloidal lithography.
