Since the baryonic Tully-Fisher (BTF) and Faber-Jackson (BFJ) relations are observed facts, this relation implies that $G\\, a = {\\rm constant}$. This result cannot be obtained in Newtonian dynamics which cannot explain the origin of the BTF and BFJ relations.
