The resulting quasi-one-dimensional spin model is a two-leg AFM ladder with frustrating next-nearest-neighbor couplings along the legs. The individual couplings are estimated from band structure calculations and by fitting the magnetic susceptibility with theoretical predictions, obtained using ED.
