We show that the inclusion of D0 resulting from D*0-->D0+pi0(gamma) say via B-->KD*0 makes a significant difference in the attainable accuracy for gamma. Both exclusive and inclusive decays of the B+- and B0 to states containing D0/D0-bar followed by both inclusive and exclusive decays of the D0 are discussed.
