Here, $M_{\\rm ADM}$, $M_{\\rm K}$, $J$, and $\\Omega$ are the ADM mass, Komar mass, angular momentum, and orbital angular velocity, respectively. $\\delta$ denotes an Eulerian variation. These two conditions restrict the allowed formulations that we may adopt.
