Leveraging a strategically deployed six-city testbed across five continents, we systematically benchmark BBR-v3 against eight CCAs: Cubic, Hybla, Vegas, LeoCC, Copa, PCC, BBR-v1, and BBR-v2 under both dedicated and concurrent conditions.
