We perform a near-IR observational campaign using Keck/NIRSPEC, VLT/X-shooter and Gemini/GNIRS to measure rest-frame optical spectra of 28 ERQs with median infrared luminosity $\\langle$log L(erg/s)$\\rangle$ $\\sim$46.2.
