It is shown that homomorphic image of an approximately cyclic amenable Banach algebra is again approximately cyclic amenable. Equivalence of approximate cyclic amenability of a Banach algebra $\\mathcal{A}$ and approximate cyclic amenability of $M_{n}(\\mathcal{A})$ is proved.
