We present here a detailed study of the rare $Z$-boson processes $Z \\to J/\\psi+\\gamma$, $Z \\to \\Upsilon+\\gamma$, and $Z \\to \\phi+\\gamma$ that can serve as benchmarks for the analogous Higgs-boson decays.
