The analysis is based on data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 175 nb$^{-1}$ collected by the CMS experiment at the CERN LHC. The $\\chi_\\mathrm{c}$ states are measured via their decay $\\chi_\\mathrm{c}$ $\\to$ J$/\\psi\\,\\gamma$.
