Our estimates are sharp for all smooth curves. As an application, we address $L^p$ eigenfunction restriction estimates for Laplace-Beltrami eigenfunctions on $2$-dimensional compact Riemannian manifolds without boundary and Hermite functions on $\\mathbb R^2$.
