Squeezing of the electromagnetic field drastically affects the dynamics of Cooper tunneling. In particular, Bloch steps can be observed even when the microwaves are in the squeezed vacuum state with {\\em zero} average amplitude of the field $\\langle E(t) \\rangle = 0$.
