The inflaton is identified with the scalar field which spontaneously breaks U(1)$_{B-L}$, and we include radiative corrections \\`a la Coleman-Weinberg in the inflaton potential. If the scalar spectral index $n_s$ lies close to 0.96, as indicated by the recent Planck and WMAP 9-yr measurements, the tensor-to-scalar ratio $r$, a canonical measure for gravity waves, exceeds 0.01. Thus, according to this model, gravity waves should be found in the near future.
