The model couples fluctuations of the chiral condensate $\\sigma$ with baryon density fluctuations $n$ and the diffusion current $\\nu$ based on a second-order diffusion equation with a finite relaxation time of the baryon diffusion $\\tau_\\mathrm{R}$.
