We propose an MRI-to-CT transformer-based denoising diffusion probabilistic model (MC-DDPM) to transform MRI into high-quality sCT to facilitate radiation treatment planning. MC-DDPM implements diffusion processes with a shifted-window transformer network to generate sCT from MRI.
