We conduct an extensive computation of such spectrum, and use it to construct a waveform model for the ringdown relaxation regime of binary black hole mergers observed by LIGO and Virgo. Applying a Bayesian time-domain analysis formalism, we analyse a selected dataset from the GWTC-3 LIGO-Virgo-Kagra catalog of binary coalescences, bounding the value of the tidal charge.
