Electron-phonon coupling in a free suspended cylindrical nanoshell is studied, in which acoustic phonons are confined to quasi-one dimension but electrons behave three-dimensionally. The temperature dependence of the thermal power is obtained analytically, and the low-temperature crossover from the $T^{3}$ to $T^{3}/(1-\\nu^2)+9\\gamma T^4/[T^*(1-\\nu^2)^{3/2}]$ dependence is also observed.
