We study particularly the influences of the tensor couplings of vector mesons $\\omega$ and $\\rho$ on the nucleonic direct URCA processes. It is found that the inclusion of the tensor couplings of vector mesons $\\omega$ and $\\rho$ can slightly increase the maximum mass of neutron stars.
