We demonstrate the prospect of calculating LCDAs on a quantum computer by applying a recently proposed quantum algorithm, with staggered fermions, to the simulation of the LCDA in the (1+1)-dimensional Nambu-Jona-Lasinio (NJL) model on classical hardware.
