In this work, the displacement spectra of anti-Stokes optical modes and acoustic modes in tapered chalcogenide photonic crystal fiber are derived from the Lindblad (or Gorini-Kossakowski-Sudarshan-Lindblad) master equation. By analyzing the full spectral response, we indicate that the system can enter the strong-coupling regime through the emergence of normal-mode splitting and avoided crossings.
